SpriteForge is a free collection of browser-based image tools for game developers and pixel artists. Most image processing runs in the browser, while features that require external search process only the data needed for that task.

Features include sprite sheet slicing and building, automatic pivot alignment, animation preview, social-media and web original-image search, transparent trimming, palette extraction and recommendations, color reduction, image resizing, format conversion, and pixel-art upscaling.

Operating principles

No registration is required, and browser-local processing is preferred. When an external service is necessary, only the data required for that feature is processed temporarily, with details provided in the Privacy Policy and the relevant tool page.
